How is Kouvel different from an AI receptionist tool?
Most tools sell you one shape of agent — usually a phone receptionist — and try to make every business fit it. Kouvel watches how your shop actually runs, then builds the agent for the leak that's actually costing you. Sometimes that's a missed-call receptionist (we built ClinchCall, our flagship, for exactly that). Sometimes it's quote follow-up, no-show prevention, or something we haven't built yet.
What's the difference between Kouvel and ClinchCall?
ClinchCall is our flagship — an AI phone receptionist that lives at clinchcall.com, paying customers, $0 to start. If missed calls are your biggest leak, you can sign up there directly. Kouvel is the parent: we build custom agents for whatever's actually broken at your shop. Some clients want ClinchCall plus a custom agent or two. Some only need one custom build.
Do I need to know what I want before the walkthrough?
No. Most owners don't. We spend the morning watching how your phone rings, what gets dropped, what eats your time. By the end of the walkthrough we'll tell you exactly which agent we'd build first, why, and how long it'll take.
How long until my agent is live?
Voice and booking agents go live in days. Agents that plug into your CRM (database reactivation, quote follow-up) take a week or two because we're integrating with software you already pay for. We tell you the exact timeline on day one.
What if my shop isn't in the GTA?
We work anywhere in Canada or the US. The walkthrough happens on video — same session, same depth. The agents we build don't care where the calls are coming from.
Can I cancel?
